Small Community Networking

I have a couple of questions. First: Can you have the Parked calls on one Ip office (Main Site) show up on a remote site? I have a 412 and a 403 connected together through SCN

Also can the phone lines at the remote site be shipped up to the Main site and then be sorted? Reason? Because I have someone that needs to be in the Main site hunt group. She has a IP hard phone and when a customer calls the numbers that are connected to the remote site I want her to have priority to receive those calls.

Right now I have a fictious extention at the remote site that is always forwarding to her Ip Hard phone Ext. Works fine just thought there might be a way using short codes and LCR.

re: parking calls, no sorry calls parked at one site don't show as parked at the other site.

And yes, you could do what your asking with shortcodes, but if your current arrangment isn't broken....

Re: Small Community Networking

I really need to find a workaround for groups with community networking. The Main Hunt Group on SIte A needs to ring two phones at Site A + one from Site B (not IP phone) in mode GROUP (so that all phones rings). Can I get round this with shortcodes somehow ???
