I noticed that when users log off their extensions with DND on, when they log on bck the next day their extension stills in DND.
The problem is that at the beggining of their shift the Call Center View displays them as 'Ready' even when they are on DND. The Busy N/A status is just displayed if they turn DND off and then back on. Has anyone experienced this? I am running delta server 4.0.16 and I am using regular analog extensions. |

You are running a very old & buggy delta server. upgrade to the lates DS & see what happens.

CCC is probably the most buggy bit of software for the IPO - we have tons of problems/bugs with it logged at Avaya.
I have 4.0.30 Delta Server - so hoping this will help things. if you want it, leave me your email addy |

I just installed the release above (Delta Server 4.0.30) and at least this issue is resolved.
When users log on with DND turned on they are displayed as "Busy N/A". Before this one I installed Delta Server 4.0.29 with no results whatsoever. Thanks Gerg! :) |
