"all operators busy msg using queued dnd
We have a client using a DND button on ext 1911 (which is the only extension in the main hunt group).
The DND button works fine, but a system wav file kicks in saying that "all operators are busy" prior to rolling to the overflow hunt group. We tried to add a "queued" call flow in voicemail pro for the main hunt group, with a transfer object to the Overflow group extension. This did not work. Any ideas? |

Re: "all operators busy msg using queued dnd
You will find that you have a queue time of 10 seconds & the default no answer time is 15 sec.
this means that your call will que for 15 seconds on the 1st group with the msg pplayed @10 Options :- if you want the calls to overflow straigt away when the user in the 1st group is busy turn of call queing. if you still want calls to que but not play the msg , increase the queue time.
