Angry VMPro: User Box Creation

Hello everyone! I am the IT Manager for a network of 6 different dealerships in northern nj that are all tied together via IPOffice and VMPro. We did one location at a time and things have gone pretty well up until now. We have VMPro 2.0.17 on a W2K box and when we brought our last location online, no-one could get into their VM. I took a look under the accounts folder in the VMPro section of the HD and found that none of the folders for the users had been created. We checked all the links to the VMPro PC and they matched every other location to the T. What would cause IPO to not create a user VM box on the VMPro PC?

Thanks,
Chris

Re: VMPro: User Box Creation

I would double check the new system

in the system Voicemail tab the settings should be as follows

Voicemail type : line
Voicemai destination - The line number of your Voip line to the host site
also check you can actualy ping the host site.

Hang on... you're following the setup IPGuru described above, not trying to tell the branches the IP address of the VMS PC directly, correct?

Also, can you dial remote extensions from the new site?
