I am trying to set up incoming main number call sequence where the incoming call is first directed to a receptionist and then if that is busy or unaswered it goes to the Auto Attendant. I am using an assisted transfer to the receptionist. It rings the receptionist but does not come back to the voicemail system if it is unanswered. Anyone know why?

Re: Assisted Transfer in Voicemail pro
I am slightl;y confused.
is the incomming call route going to the receptionist or VM Pro? to overflow to VM after reception, enable VM on the reception Group & programm a leave mail start point for reception.
