We've got several different hunt groups set up that are used for different purposes that include many of the same people. Now, I need to be able to report on how many calls a user received via each individual hunt group.
In the SMDR file, I see a detailed call history of who received calls and when, but I can't seem to find the information on the hunt groups. Am I missing something (maybe a config issue), or is SMDR simply not capable? Thanks again for all your help! |

Re: Hunt group in SMDR
SMDR will not show the hunt group, but it will show the incomming ddi that the call arrived on
as this would be routed to the group I would recommend that you fillter on this.
