Integrated Messaging and VMpro 2.1/2.0

Has anyone seen this. Every time I load the VMpro disc, it gets to a point where it says "validating licensing" which the IP Office has the license. The VMpro still works, but I have no IMS. The IMS{voice} nad IMS{gateway} services never start, they hang on starting. Tried both V2.1 and 2.0 with the same results. Any help please!

1) do you have an IMS licence as wellas the VM Pro licence?

2) have you follower teh IMS steup instructions carefully? there are a lot of things that need setting correctly on the exchange server & ims server.

Yeah all is setup the way it supposed to be. Setup all the DCOM stuff and rights, exchange works fine. Get into the install it asks for Logging settings, then is says validating and gets half way and gives the error. I have reinstalled everything, and am getting the same thing.
