Queue and Still Queue (Hunt Group)

Does someone out there have an idea why "Queued" and "Still Queued" default start points would not invoke in VM Pro even though I have queing switched on in a Hunt Group? Our "Queued" and "Still Queued" messages do not play when all agents are busy. The system greeting is what plays. Please help!

Re: Queue and Still Queue (Hunt Group)

I am having the same problem. Latest version of everything 31 of May 2006

3.165 ip office
3.121 VM pro (intuity mode)

I have the start ports EXACTLY like the manual says to do and still is use the default message. I found out which wav files the system messages is so I can go in and change that to my new msg but I have a feeling that the call center will want to change that message.

So I would like to have it so they can change it whenver using the recording modules. That works just fine it just doesn't play that message.

VmPRo is on a Window 2003 server.

Any Suggestions?

Try changing the Voicemail Mode to IP Office

Re: Queue and Still Queue (Hunt Group)

I just put the ETA action or position action behind the default start point and it finally worked! :D
