Question Question on IP Office Call Center capabilities

Hello folks,
Is the Avaya IP Office Compact Business Center and Call Center sold as a separate application? Or is it sold as bundled within the IP Office? If it is sold separately, does it need to be installed on a separate server? I have read information at:

http://www1.avaya.com/enterprise/brochures/bp2129.pdf

Any information or public links would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Re: Question on IP Office Call Center capabilities

Hi Bloke!,

These are tow different applications.
The CBC is an entry level contact center. is runs on a workstation and allows you to monitor up to three hunt groups with a few variables. The historical reporting is based on Csv files that are kept within the same workstation for up to a month.
The CCC is a proper contact center that runs on a W2K Server or NT at the moment. I am trialing Version 5 nowadays.
It uses a SQL database to store data with no time limit so you can use bussiness objects or crystal reports to retreive any kind of information from there. Apart from that you can have a real time agent monitoring application (Call Centre View) so you are able to get any kind of information with no limit but a maximun concurrent agents license.

The aproximate cost of cbc is gonna be about 300$ and the CCC depends on how many agents but an entry level of 2500$.

Hope this clarifies your situation.

Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly, but I belive the entry level for CCC is closer to $6000 is it not? Unless the price has come down drastically with v5.
