Centralized Voicemail Pro
I would just like to check if I am reading this right. I am looking at the Job Aid for centralized voicemail pro. We already have a Voicemail Server that has the feature key on it also at the Head site or central site.
AM I suppose to have ANOTHER computer on the remote side in order for voicemail to work? |

Re: Centralized Voicemail Pro
NO
for central VM set the VM type on the remote site to LINE then set the Voicemail destination to the VOIP line for the host site. You do not requie any licence on the remote site for VM. If you wish to use PMP or any other licenced applications at the remote site you WILL require a 2nd feature key server & additional licences NOTE: Call queing is not supported on remote sites.
