VPN URGENT help required!!

Hi,
I need to set up a VPN from a home user connected to DSL on a standalone PC to an IP office SOE that has DSL connected in the office.
HELP! How do I do this please, and what are the requirements, i.e. does th DSL at the office need a fixed IP address etc.
Any help appreciated!
Cheers
Dave
