Dear Friends.
I installed the VM PRO in Windows XP envoirnament , when i stat the VM PRO it shows voice mail PRO Client. The version of VM PRO is 2.0 (16) - Feature key server 1.0 . After loading the licence in manager application it shows licence is valid - 4 ports. But i am unable to access the voice mail - when i dial the default prefix *17 to access the VM it gives me Disconect Tone. Pls advice me to solve this problem. Thanks . B.Reddy |

Re: Voice Mail PRO - problem
Did you install it as a service and if so, is that service started? Also, if you have it set to interact with your desktop (in other words show a window on your desktop that looks like a trace log) make sure it is set to "Run". Finally, make sure you have the right IP Address set in Manager for your VM Pro server.
