Question Feature Key

Hi All .

I have feature key , i need to enable the VM PRO- i got the zip file from avaya , pls tell me how to enable the licenec with that zip files .

First unzip the file. Open that file and you'll find the licence code. Go to manager and create a new licence entry. Copy the code (be carefull not to copy spaces) and paste it in the new licence entry. Make sure that the feature key is installed. You may need an immediate restart and reboot the PC as well. Hope it works

Hi.

After unzip the file i get excel file in that i can't see any 32 bit licence code, i can see only 6 digit material code , is the problem with licence i have recevied?

Pls advice me .

On that spreadsheet you will see a tab on the bottom that says "All Keys", click on that and you will see a column labeled "Encrypted Key"

That is your 32 digit string

expang the coloums & make sure you are on the right page.

the licence will be there, copy & paste it into the manager as per the previous advice.

Also dont forget to enable macros in XL, and click on the Create All Views button on the first worksheet.
