Re: voicemail pro

The users mailboxes are stored in the accounts sub directory of the vm ddirectory & include txt files to contrlol the status of each msg.

personal greetings are stored in the greetings sub directory.

If you are being asked for a passcode when dialing *17 the VM Pro has probably defaulted to intuity mode.

Open VMpro
go to preferences/general & set the default telephony interface back to IP Office.

Re: voicemail pro

Thanks...
I have one more question, about voicemail pro. I want to used the feature Time profile(Manager) because my customer after the workings hours they want to play the attendant(pro).
I put the central number(incomingcall) to a group. This group works only with one user"main". How i make this to work and i want to tell you that in workings hours they don't used the pro.

Costas...
Thanks again

Re: voicemail pro

Just setup a time profile that defines what your CLOSED hours are, then in the incoming call route form select that profile and your VM:<whatever> as the destination in the night service section (very bottom)
