Pulse metering from Delta Server

Hi there,
It seems that i'm not getting the metering pulses from the Telco. Im running Delta server 4.0(20)
on an IP 406. I checked the csv file that the Delta server generates and i'm only getting the following fields:

"Call start","Call duration","Ring duration","Caller","Direction","Called_number","Di alled_number","Account","Is_Internal","Call ID","Continuation","Party1Device","Party1Name","Pa rty2Device","Party2Name","Hold_Time","Park_Time"

I don't see call charges or pulses anywhere. Is that a version problem?
Any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Pulse metering from Delta Server

You're not supposed to get any metering or pulse information in Delta Server. The only way to get what you're asking for (that I'm aware of) is with Phone Manager. I've never configured it, but there is a way of editing one of its config files to tell it how much per minute for various kinds of calls, then it will estimate toll charges based on the length of your calls.

Cool Re: Pulse metering from Delta Server

Never heard any reference to the SMDR or any other part of Delta Server handling metering pulses.

The only app that supposedly does advice of charge indication is Phone Manager and only on Greece and German... and this is strecthign my memory only AoC D signalling.

Would need to search the Technical Bulletins/Tips for details.
