IP Office Small Edition rel 2.0

I have A IP Office small Edition 2.0, i think it suppose to have a Embedded voice mail can someone tell me how to setup the voicemail on the small edition.

It doesn't come with it, you need to purchase the memory card that pops into the PCMCIA slot in the back of the control unit.

If you have that memory card, there is an item in the left hand frame in manager called AutoAttendant. Create a new AA form (right click and select new) and then hit the help button for instructions.

I did that but if i were to call an extension the only think happen it the phone just ring and if i look in the monitor is will say no voice ports avaibility.
I do have the Memory so thats not the Problem.
do i have to assign voice ports to the cards

Did you set voicemail type to "Integral" in the voicemail tab on the system form?

Have you powered it off and back on after the change? you do need to do so in order for the Small Office to find the integrated voicemail.

Have you tried to insert the pcmcia on a laptop and check if you have some files on iT?
Do not delete anything just look if you have some. I found the early VMEmbedded where incorrectly manufactured.

By the way hava anybody found the way to do a timeout action for the call to be routed to a hunt group?

I am having the seem problem with the hunt right now i am just bleaming the telephone company but you know that only can last for so long so if you find out or if any one know please share.

you mast start the manager PC and reboot the ip office smo. you can see in the TFTP LOg the ip office SMO load the Voice promt from the manager PC. you must waiting 3-5 min.
