Re: User log off hunting group
In my experience, the number one reason this happens is the user has phone manager running in the background but set to pop on incoming calls. They are then typing away in Word or whatever when a call comes in, and they hit the delete key meaning to delete something in their document but sending the keystroke to phone manager instead - since it's now the in focus document after the screen pop.
The delete key in Phone Manager by default toggles your busy-NA status, thus logging you out of any hunt groups you are a member of. You can resolve this by going into the Phone Manager preferences, short cut keys tab, and reassigning busy-NA to <none> Peter |
