Easiest way to use is to program all phones with 2-4 (depends on size, for SOE 2 probably good) keys, on the same spot on all phones, programmed as: Park 801 (use any number you want here, just keep it same on all phones) Park 802 etc. Then, user at extension A has a call on the line, they press one of the Park buttons and the call will be held in that "park slot". Caller will hear hold music, and that button will be lit on all phones. They can then page "Bob call parked in 801" and Bob can go to any phone and press the lit button labelled Park 801. If an analog phone, he can dial the ridecall shortcode (I always create a new shortcode - #9 - cause I grew up on legend/magix) followed by 801 to get the call. Peter |
