Voicemail Pro license problem
I have a problem with the license of a voicemail pro 1.4. It used to operate with a 4 port license. We tried to upgrade it with another 4-port key. It recognised the key but was showing Invalid. Then we removed the additional 4-port key and since then the existing 4-port license is showing Invalid and the voicemail freezes many times and we have to restart it.
Is the additional license key causing this problem? Any ideas how to proceed? Thanks Andreas Iacovides

Re: Voicemail Pro license problem
1) Check that the Feature Key server is still running & check2) delete all keys & reboot
3) Refotore the licencekeys (always Cut & Pasete Licences form the avaya doc it is far to easy to make a typo) 4) reboot again if nec.
