Re: Call Logging Software

I believe you are referring to the SMDR application. It is located on the Admin CD, but is not an option when the installer auto-runs. Cancel out of the installer and browse the CD, you will find a folder called SMDR with an install.exe to run.

I've used it, it's great. Tells you all kinds of usefull things. Writes all data to a .CSV file which you can then do sophisticated analysis on using excel - Erlang B, C etc.

Re: Call Logging Software

With the release of 2.0, SMDR as a stand-alone application went away in favor of the SMDR output of Delta Server. So, you'd need to run Delta Server to get SMDR.

Re: Call Logging Software

Ah yes, I see this is true. No fear though, you can run delta server without purchasing any licences and just use the SMDR output. The application is located in the CBC folder on the admin disk.
