Voicemail Lite

I have problem with Voicemail lite. All user's they can listen the messages only one time.If somebody wants to hear again the last message he can't .I dail 8 for help and then 7.(Not working).It's IP 406 with v.2.0.(18)

to listen to old msgs go ito voicemail as normal (*17) then dial 1

Thanks IP Guru.It's working now. First i have to record my voice(name) and then i can listen my messages
