Re: Trouble with IPO 403 and Definity
Have you setup your short codes correctly on the IP Office? If the extensions on the definity are 3000 series, you need an entry like this in the IP403 short codes table:
SC: 3XXX TN: 3N LG: (whatever line group you assigned your PRI Qsig line to) F: Dial If you have done this, what happens when you try to dial a definity extension? Watch call status and see if even attempts the call. From there you can get more detailed info from the monitor application, if needed. Have you read the job aid on this? support.avaya.com Peter |
