Voicemail Lite problem

We are running Voicemail Lite ver. 2.0(16). The problem we have is that when we want to listen to the old messages without saving them first, pressing 7, this option is not working and it's just repeating the help menu. Btw, it's running on a IP Office 406 2.0(16).

Pls advise on how to solve the problem
