Dear All ;
I face a problem with my IP small Office, the problem is : If I received a call through an analogue line in one ext then transfer this call to another ext. that ext will keep ringing even if the caller disconnects the call , so the ext will keep ringing until somebody pickup the handset. Please advice me. (i would like to solve this problem but without Voice Mail system) |

Re: Analog Line Disconnection
Check with the CO that they are sending you a proper loopstart disconnect signal (if you are using LS trunks). If you are using GS trunks, ensure the trunk type is set correctly in the lines form.
