Voice Network Short Code
We have 5 sites setup for voice networking over frame relay. We have a short code setup to allow the users to dial the site number and ring the main hunt group at another site. This has worked fine until our curent install.
example. our sites are numbered 20104, 24402, 21901, ect site 20104 has extentions 2810 - 2817 Main hunt group 2800 VOIP Lines 33 to site 24402, Line 20 to site 21901 site 24402 has extentions 3310 - 3317 Main hunt group 3300 VOIP Lines 28 to site 20104, Line 20 to site 21901 site 21901 has extentions 2010 - 2017 Main hunt group 2000 VOIP Lines 33 to site 24402, Line 28 to site 20104 Short code setup. Short code: (remote site Number) 20104 Telephone Number: (remote main hunt group)2800 Line Group: (remote site Line)28 Feature: Dial When tring to call site 20104 all systems are calling extention 2010 at site 21901. How do you force all systems to look to the short code and not the extentions? All systems are IP403 ver 2.016 Thanks to all |
