Voice Mail not recording
VM Pro being used. ALL other users receive their VM. this one box does not. When you call in you hear his recording "bla bla bla leave a message after the tone". When I "run" the VMPro server the following message appears right after you hang up the phone from leaving a message.
09:10:48 - IntuityRecordNode - Failed to send recording to mailbox: "480" Any ideas?? |

I found the problem. In the "name" field for the user setup there was a space after the name. I removed the space and also removed the space in the folder name and all works great.
