2420 Phone
I am seeing a problem intermittantly with the 2420 phones. I have the on the first screen the bottom 4 buttons programed at "Park" extensions....Park 1, Park 2, Park 3 ect.
On this phone when you Park the call a diamond shaped icon appears next to Park and if someone eles has parked the call a line appears under the Park extension. The problem is that "sometimes" but not "all the time" a call is Parked but it is not showing on the 2420 phone. We only have one of these on site - pretty much for Demo purposed but we are close to getting a deal where they want 80 of these phones. I need to know if this is a problem with the 2420 - has anyone seen this problem? Jami CPT of South Fla |
