I have the following situation:
We have numerous “conference rooms” in which someone can enter through branchy IVR call flow. Is there any command, short code (which should be dialed from person in conference who previously has entered in it) or possibility to exit from the conference room, stay in IVR call flow and enter in any other conference room? With other words, can we dial any short code, while we are in conference, to exit from it and back to IVR call flow (changing conference room)? |
