Call transfer with two outgoing calls

I have the following scenario: User calls external number A; presses "transfer call" button in Phone Manager. Then dials 2nd external number, presses "complete transfer"... and 2nd call is dropped.

No problem in transferring an incoming call to a newly originated outgoing one, but the scenario above doesn't work. Is it a bug, a limitation, or am I doing something wrong?

In the UK, you can't do trunk-trunk dialing on the IP Office - so that's your problem I'm afraid!

Quite possibly... anyway I've found a workaround: Setup first call, put on hold, setup 2nd call, join in conference, and park the conference. Not very elegant, but it meets the needs.
