Service observe/ monitoring
At our main office we use "service observe" feature of our Definity for trianing purposes to monitor calls within our call center. We now have a branch office with IP Office that would like to use the same feature. Does anyone have detailed steps on setting up this feature within the IP Office system? Or possibly a link outlining what needs to be done?
