Question about Delta server?

if Delta server are stopped, are we lost the record of Phone system. is it possible to get those data back?

No, Delta Server collects the data for all the other applications. If you had SMDR running on another machine during that time frame, you would still have that basic call data, but I don't believe you can import it into the CCC framework to extract stats, etc.
