Using phone manager pro (latest version) with IP Office (2.0), and I have a question to all about the usage of the prefix option on the lines. If I enter a 9 on the prefix field of the line, I can just double click on the phone number of the incoming call list, and it dials. But... This prevents outlook from popping my contacts (i.e. no 9 in front of the number) The opposite way (taking the 9 off of the prefix field) means that phone manager pro, correctly pops outlook contacts, but cannot dial the numbers by double clicking them in the incomming calls tab (because ther is no 9 on the number). Does anyone know of a better way to fix this? Has anyone else run into this?

Re: Phone manager pro with prefix question
This is a known issue (already a problem in the product since the previous Alchemy series). As always, Avaya is aware but fails to resolve these simple bugs
