If you call into my Nortel Norstar CICS 4.0 and let the AA answer and immediately hang up, the system keeps the line off hook for 120 seconds. It used to tie it up for 15 seconds but recently we lost our entire config and started over. This is one of the last issues we have yet to figure out.
