    Hi All
    I have no experience of ONE X-IP
    Agent software, I have setup a IP extension with phone type 9650 with extension
    of 19002 and tried to register with CM but im getting following in trace…

    IP AGENT IS FAILING TO REGISTER WITH UNKNOWN ERROR.

    I tried adding as extension type
    “AGENT” on CM but its results in Error “EAS not assigned” I have checked
    feature and could see an option to enable EAS.

    Is anyone able to advise what im doing wrong here.

    Hi All,

    i manage to resolve the issue, it was to purchase IP AGENT 9 licenses.

    if anyone else is having same issue or somewhat similar, drop me a line and i will see if i can be any help.
