    The system is receiving four DID digits on the PRI. Is there any way to tell what ext is assigned to to one set of digits?

    The extensions will match the DID. IF your extensions are 4 digits, tehn those must match the DID. Sometimes people will keep 3 digits. So if the DID is 4302, your extensions might be 302....

      I am receiving 5080 from the carrier, but i do not have an ext 080 or 5080, this DID number was always answered by the AA, now it rings to console, I am thinking that the ext it was assigned to has been removed from the cover group. Any suggestions.
