    Hi everyone,
    operation asked me to set a whisper announcemnt for particular LOB and i uploaded the announcement and set announcemnt file on VDN, it's working fine and do not have any issue with whisper announcement.

    Actually problem start from here, once calls recieved by an agent using telset (9620c )screen display only Bridge option (screenshot attached for error) and hide entire option (hold, transfer, conf etc) and if i press the bridge option it go to in conf mode.

    checked all the setting but no luck , if i replaced the telset (9620c) with 4620 it works perfectly and don't have any issue, call land normally and play whisper announcment as well.

    it's been 4 days and still i am looking for solution, any input will highly appriciated.

    Today client visit here and wants to check this...only God knows, what will happen.

    Would appriciate if someone can povide any clue, why its go to Bridge mode once call landed, please let me know if require more info on this,thanks

        as don't have any issue with 4610/20 model, try to chang phone type from 4610 to 9620, but still no luck....strange,if i put only simple ext (which one not having recording ) its works and do not go in Bridge mode...using VAL board TN2501AP and to check i installed announcemnt board TN750C and record announce through telset instead of uploading .wav file but all efforts were vain....wondring if we can replace telset 9620 with 4610 for entire floor....shame on my self.
