Hi All,

I was checking out the objectives for the CompTIA CTP+, and alot if the material is layer 1 or layer 2. I've gone over all of it in either Network+, CCNA or CCNA Voice. Does anyone know if Avaya has a certification that covers call routing? (i.e. Vectors, VDNs, Call Path). Maybe even just some good publications. I'm also interested in finding study materials for Genesys call routing.
