Question Any Solutions On Outgoing Call-ID non ISDN??

Good Morning,
Before I give up on this perplexing and troubling problem I thought I would ask the experts for HELP...We do not have ISDN so I cannot go in and change our caller-ID # from there, we have a Definity g3si V6 and our carrier SBC says they have no way of fixing our problem as far as outgoing ID. DID lines have priority over POTTS lines which I can understand but even the DID #'s show up wrong! Most outgoing are showing up as 6200 which is a main billing number, they say the cannot change the main billing # as this would cause problems. Is there somewhere in SYS Parameters of the trunk group page that I can try? Any help is much appreciated.
Forever stuck showing the wrong numbers,

Without ISDN you have no control. If SBC says that they cannot change it then you're stuck with what you have.

What is your overall configuration? Might it be more cost effective to drop the analog DID and POTS lines in favor of one or more ISDN-PRIs? Your DID numbers can be migrated to the PRI.

Your carrier should be able to change thier BTN (which is what your callerID info is when not sending callerID)
