Good Morning,
Before I give up on this perplexing and troubling problem I thought I would ask the experts for HELP...We do not have ISDN so I cannot go in and change our caller-ID # from there, we have a Definity g3si V6 and our carrier SBC says they have no way of fixing our problem as far as outgoing ID. DID lines have priority over POTTS lines which I can understand but even the DID #'s show up wrong! Most outgoing are showing up as 6200 which is a main billing number, they say the cannot change the main billing # as this would cause problems. Is there somewhere in SYS Parameters of the trunk group page that I can try? Any help is much appreciated. Forever stuck showing the wrong numbers, |
