Re: Genesys CTI vs Avaya CTI
My, my! This topic keeps on popping up, doesn't it.
There are so many different things to be considered when comparing them, I do not even know where to start. Since we are using both, it all really depends on what you are after. Instead of me repeating the same mantra, try http://www.starsystems.co.jp - they got Genesys T-Server forum there and this topic is really well-covered there... After all, it IS THE site for Genesys people ![]() |
