IP Softphone ringing volume problem
I'm recently testing the IP softphone (Release 2 - Roadwarrior mode) for implementation remote agents, surprisingly we passed all the critical points... voice quality..etc.,etc.. The only problem I'm facing right now is ringing volume in the softphone. The ringing volume is not good enough, the remote agents have to wear the headphone all the times. It simply spoils the concept of remote agents.
When I looked in softphone options, there are only 2 options 1.Aletrt using sound card (rings in headset) & 2. Alert using internal speakers(Very low volume). Both the volume is not good enough. Any bright implementations for overcoming this will be highly appreciated. Regards. |
