Using Malicious Call Trace. Can you keep the trunk seized? When I worked on a nortel you could keep the call until i hung up my line. So the caller could not use his phone until i hung up. Just wondering if you can do this with Avaya as well?

Re: Malicious Call Trace
The MCT that I work with at one customer site, when they hit MCT activate, a recording device is activated, and the MCT controller is notified, that controller can listen to the conversation, while it is being recorded, and only the MCT controller can deactivate MCT, now rather it seized the trunk I do not know, But I have a seperate trunk to send the MCT to the recording device.
