Post audix ports

I've just purchased 4 additonal ports for our Intuity Audix, added stations to my hunt group on the PBX side, cross-connected and everything looks good. However, the new ports are not accepting calls into voicemail. What did I miss?

You must administer the voice ports in Audix with their respective extension numbers. Have you done this?

Yes, on the Audix side I've assigned PBX extensions to the Channels, service to channels and channels to group. Still not picking up.

Maybe too obvious, but did you set the jumpers on the second IVC6 board to tell it it's the second card in the system, and not the first?

Yes, that's all set correctly. I had 8 active ports previously and now have 12, so 4 of the original active ports were on the second card and working properly.

Just wanted everyone to know that I rebooted the Audix system which fixed the problem. Thanks for the feedback.
