Soft Console
When using a soft console and you have a directory set up to send callers off net, you will need to change system features and TURN OFF auto start for the caller to be sent to off network, this will NOT effect the soft console in any way except allow the caller to be sent off net, the operator can STILL click on entry and send caller to another extension, without hitting start first.
