I have recently taken a position to maintain a G3SI that has just upgrade to R11.1.3.

we also had a forklift upgrade on our Intuity Audux now a map 40/ running R5.1.
I have no formal training on AVAYA products and was curious if anyone out there would recommend a training vendor and what would offer productive courses that i would benefit from taking.

I have had limited exposure to a G3SI running R8.2. I'm look to expand my working knowledge of this system.

Another source for Avaya training is OUI. They will come to your site and train you (and others at the same time) in a customized session that gives you the things you NEED to know ... i.e. they can customize a one-day PBX/Audix Administrator class that would be tailored for you and your direct reports or backup who have administrative responsibilities. This customization is very cost effective in the long run because you get the "crash course" overview on multiple products without the need to sign up for multiple classes. Many of the Avaya Business Partners that I perform installations for use OUI's on-site training for both end-users and administrators when I install a new PBX. (Request Susan Chavez ... a 25+ year AT&T/Lucent/Avaya veteran who taught many of the classes that I attended at AT&T/Lucent/Avaya training centers)
