normally you would set the dialplan for 0 to attd. and install an attendant console.
However I dont see why you would not be able to change that to "ext" and make a hunt group or extension with an extension of 0. never tried it but in theory it should work. |

You must remove all existing attendants FIRST then you can change "0" to an extension. You can also make "0" an AWOH extension (x-ported) and use other stations with console permissions to call-forward the "0" station to different extensions depending on who you need to answer those calls "right now."
