Forwarding Failing

I have call Fwd'd a users extension to an international # and when you call the user's ext the system is deleting the last 3 digits and the call is not going thru. If you call this number directly the call goes through with no issue. Where can I look to see why using fwd isn't working? when I do a 'list call-fwd' the extension and # are in there correctly.

If you are not getting wave off, then the COS is obviously set to permit Call Forward off-net. Only work around I can suggest is create a vector to 'route-to' the Intl number, a VDN to hit the vector, then fwd the sta to the VDN. Be sure the VDN has permission to launch the call.
