CMS custom reports

Who in here is good at creating custom reports. I am learning it myself. made a couple but nothing very complex.

I've spent a lot of time building custom CMS reports. I found the most helpful tool to be the database appendix with the explanation of all the SQL database items. Other than that I spent a lot of "trial and error" time in front of the monitor. Easiest way to build a custom report is to take a standard report, copy it into Screen Painter and then go to town modifying it.

I find using the Custom Report Designer in CentreVu Supervisor, or Avaya Supervisor as v11 is called, is even easier if you have the RTU to be able to use it.
