Hi all,
We are speaking of an S8300c with CM5.1. I canīt establish a connection between bcmsvu server with the s8300. Does anyone had/have any problems with this issue ? I have created via browser a login bcmsvu/prof19, and it keeps saying from the bcmsvu server " login attempt failed - timeout ".... i can ping from both sides, i do have the dongle installed on the PC (OS-XP with SP2 ). hi
1.to establish connection between CM4(+) and BCMSVU server you must install ConnectionServer patch for bcmsvu (you can download it from support.avaya.com) includ a read me file. 2.try to administer prof18 suser password in your CM. it must be help |
