Bizarre CentreVu/CMS Reports Issue
We have a CMS version 9, which is experiencing an odd issue. For some reason when running an Agent Summary Interval report, certain people will occasionally show ACD Time without any ACD Calls. For instance on one recent report it showed that the call rep had 0 ACD calls from 12:30-2 PM. However in the half hour block of 1-1:30 it shows that they had 9:34 of ACD Time. There were no ACD calls in that 30 min block, or the block prior or the block after. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be?
