Verify if the POTS lines are loop or ground start and program a trunk group accordingly. You will need a CO trunk card. I don't like to access trunks via TAC as it removes all COR controls normally in a route pattern.
You did not say what the purpose of the trunks are and why they are limited to a single user. Have you considered a personal line instead of a trunk group? Still need a CO card but personal line lets you program to a station button, do dial access required. |
